We had an unexpected car headache andAshley (in the service department) managed to turn it into a positive experience. She provided a level of customer service that doesn’t really exist anymore in today's transactional society. I also need to give a nod to our mechanic JP who got us back on the road quickly. I wish all good things for Ashley and JP in the new year and they are why we will continue to give our business to Keating Hyundai.
